Roses are one of the most elegant flowers, making them a great addition to gardens. Roses come in a variety of different colors ranging from orange, red, pink, white and yellow. Roses tend to flourish in the spring, summer, and fall time.  Some plants of the rose family  consist of apple, rose, strawberry, or cherry blossom tree. Nowadays we can see beautiful roses  everywhere but the native land for most rose species is Asia.  Most roses like to grow in warm and hot tropical climates whereas some others like to grow in colder temperatures.


Benefits of rose 

Roses are an essential for many traditional meals. They are typically used for beauty, sent, and flavoring traditional dishes. People also make teas out of roses due to their beneficial factors.  Pink Rosa Damascena is the rose petals commonly found used for teas. Not only does rose dishes and teas taste and smell good they also have lots of  benefits. When steeped, the roses release rich antioxidants that are good for the body. Drinking rose tea can also relax the body to help calm the body. Rose tea helps protect the brain and help with pain relief. Rose tea also helps treat dysmenorrhea, anxiety and menstrual pain. Rose tea also  aids in weight loss and helps digestion. 

 

How do I make rose tea?


To make a cup of rose tea at home, use 1 tablespoon of dried rose petals or 1 ½  tablespoons of dried rose buds. Boil a cup of water and pour it into a cup. Then put the herbs in a tea infuser and let the roses steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Finally you can add some honey and you are ready to drink!
