How do I use sage?

What is it?  White sage is known for its silvery green color and fragrant scent. There are two different types of white sage Salvia Apiana and Artemisia Ludoviciana. Salvia apiana also known  as sacred white sage is related to the mint family which is why it has such a distinctive smell. Its native lands are  Southern California and Baja California. Salvia apiana grows the best in the late spring through summer. Salvia sage stands  about 4 to 5 feet tall.
