Smudge Stick Set | White Sage Smudge, Palo Santo, and Cedar Sticks

What does it do?
White Sage: Benefits of burning white sage are the properties sage possess for improving sleep, mood, memory, focus and reducing anxiety. Some people use garden sage in replacement of white sage, but this product is 100 percent white ceremonial sage. We do offer garden sage as a separate herb product and sage oil, if you are needing it for oil or purification purposes.

Palo Santo: Our palo santo sticks are a popular practice across several cultures and have been around for thousands of years. Use palo santo from the Flying with Air collection to purify and cleanse a home or office space and from negative energy. These are 3.5-4" naturally fallen limbs and branches palo santo sticks and may very slightly in width. The trade of Palo Santo is highly regulated in South America and it is illegal to cut down trees for consumer use. Therefore, we work along side the the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture and their job is to strengthen forest management when collecting. 

Cedar: Our cedar smudge sticks are a popular practice across several cultures and have been around for thousands of years. Use cedar smudges from the Flying with Air collection to purify and cleanse a home or office space and from negative energy. These are 3.5-4" cedar smudge sticks and may very slightly in width.

How does it work?
This set includes one palo santo stick, one white sage smudge and one cedar smudge. To cleanse a home from airborne bacteria or negative influence you will want to have a door or open window nearby. Sage naturally has a very clean and earthy scent, and can produce a very powerful aroma. A single smudge stick should last at least a few sessions as it will burn to a stopping point. As always for safety, do not leave anything lit unattended in your home. We recommend using a shell or ceramic bowl for easy clean up of remaining ashes.
